There is shown the actual problem of establishment the new type of content in the conditions of informational and educational environment of teacher training system. On the basis of the analysis of the modern scientific and technological approaches to the notion modular content of informational and technological training of a teacher there are suggested the techniques of building the modular content of informational and technological training of teachers in the system of improvement of professional skills oriented at the professional development.
