There is marked out the group of verbs with attributive valency that are considered from the position of cognitive and discourse approach. On the basis of the verb cognition analysis there is reconstructed the cognitive model of their semantics defined on the mental level as a certain assessment situation. Depending on the realization on the linguistic level the model components are subdivided into implicit and explicit (assessment subject), explicit (assessment object, assessment result) and implicit (assessment aspect, assessment scale, assessment basis).
