There are regarded the approaches for realization of integration of education, research work and production in foreign universities. Special attention is paid to such problems as integration models based on industrial parks and technology towns in foreign countries. There are characterized the types of integration models in different countries and sorted out their peculiarities, suggested the information about their influence on social and economic development.
