There is given the systemic analysis of the structure of students informational competence in their future professional sphere; sorted out the structural components of professional work of the agricultural sector specialist; suggested the typology of professional tasks that can be solved with the use of applied software; given the comparative analysis of specialist models, work and training of a specialist in an agricultural and engineering higher school.
