Logic of professional self-actualization of a future teacher in the national and cultural environment of a higher school
There is substantiated the logic of support in the professional self-actualization of a future teacher with consideration of the specific character of the national and cultural environment of a higher school and the region. There are marked out four stages of working with students in this area: adaptive, reflexive, value and sense and project.

National self-consciousness as the criterion of efficiency of future teacher’s self-actualization
There is substantiated that the national self-consciousness may serve as the criterion for characterization not only of social groups but also of the efficiency of future teacher’s self-actualization as the process and result of the I-conception establishment. There are correlated the categories of the ethnic and national self-consciousness, marked out the characteristics and signs of the national self-consciousness as the criterion of efficiency of future teacher’s self-actualization.

National and cultural self-actualization of a teacher in the conditions of education globalization
On the basis of comparative analysis of different national educational systems there is made the conclusion about the tendencies of substantiation of development conception of the regional higher professional pedagogical education, taking into account the geographic, historic, ethnic and cultural, confessional, demographic, linguistic conditions of Russia territories. There are sorted out the integration of professional and general cultural training of high school graduates in the unity with the development of their personal qualities, regionalization of higher professional education, multicultural education.
