There is shown the functioning of the universal phenomenon telegraph in the poetry of the Russian avant-garde of the 1920s (futuristic vector of development). By the examples from the poetic texts there is shown the frequency and vision validity of appealing to this universal phenomenon, as well as different interpretations of its qualification as civilization or culture universal phenomenon in the literature of the avant-garde.
