There is shown the connection between the conception of the scientific subject of pedagogy and the effectiveness of pedagogic research and education experience. There are described the analysis results of the subject definitions and covered the issue of correlation between pedagogy and sociology.

There are marked out the aims of labour education of senior pupils in the conditions of school, specified the essential characteristics and work conditions of school learning and production teams for effective solving of educational and production tasks.
