There are described the criteria and levels of ethnic cultural competence formation, which allow quantitative and qualitative changing of the suggested complicated personal characteristics in the process of training of volunteers of cultural and sport orientation for voluntary work in the conditions of cultural mass and sport events, which suppose the participation of numerous ethnic cultures representatives, and to optimize the process if needed.
