There is substantiated the thesis that in development and establishment of the modern society, elite university education has a special role. In the field of education modernization there is suggested the transmission to such content of education, which would be some peculiar methodological engineering. Mastering the methodology of cognition and knowledge discovery may favour personal orientation in the modern world.
