There are considered the signs of administrative discourse as a special variety of institutional communication. There are ascertained three main characteristic features of administrative discourse: 1) legitimacy of communication of its participants (administrator - subordinate); 2) authoritative and subordinating communication character; 3) functional structure of this communication is planning, organization, motivation, control, assessment.
