Considering the issue of the Buddhist
literature of the Kalmyk people in the
XX - begginning of the XXI centuries
There is revealed the meaning and place of the
Buddhist literature in the book and literary tradition
of the Kalmyk people in the XX - begginning of the
XXI centuries. There is determined the content of
the Buddhist written sources in the Tibetan, Oyrat,
Kalmyk and Russian languages popular among the
Kalmyk people in the mentioned period, determined
the authors.
