There is defined the social significance of a modern museum. There are researched the forms of arts museums communication with sociocultural environment. There are marked the directions of educational activity of arts museums, as well as the conditions of their educational and leisure functions realization. There are analyzed the conditions and methods that provide educational complex in a museum and in an educational institution.
