There is considered the role of physics and mathematics in formation of general cultural and professional competencies of medical specialists. There is suggested the effective methodology of physics and mathematical disciplines at a medical higher school on the basis of integrative and modular education. There is stated the integration of physics and mathematics with theoretical and clinical disciplines.
