There are characterized the phraseological means of verbalization of foreign culture concepts in the Russian language; there is defined the foreign culture concept, described the informational and interpretational structural parts of the mentioned concepts, and stated the level of objectification.

There is shown the difference between ethnic cultural and inocultural discourse fields and revealed the discourse potential of phraseological semantics in opposition formation ones own / strange. There is regarded the definition of intercultural discourse field as the field where connection between phrase semantics and own and strange culture elements are shown.
