There is described the self-realization of the subjects of educational process as the factor that influences the harmony / disharmony of interpersonal relations. Self-realization leads to the change of social and psychological distance and is expressed in the extent of trust, understanding, emotional contact, the opportunity of joint work that does not bring to tension or conflict.
