In the aspect of translation there is considered the syntax of the novels by E.M. Remark “Im Westen nichts Neues”, “Der Weg zurück”, “Drei Kameraden”. There is covered the stylistic potential of various sentence types. There is carried out the comparative analysis of the originals and its translations. There is determined the conformity of the syntactic constructions of the original novels that are used by translators in translations into the English language.

There are analyzed the examples of the verbal expression of the concept different being (sounding) of the object in the English language on the basis of the example of the structural scheme who utters vocal sounds. There is explained the linguistic and cognitive conditionality of speech modifications of verbalizations of the investigated concept.
