There is considered the issue of culture shock in the intercultural correlation, which in the modern period of mass migration has the tendency for weakening, regeneration into short-term stress. Nevertheless, there is shown the necessity of substantial correction of the learning process of intercultural communication, implementation of innovative methods, providing professional readiness of future specialists for equal status intercultural dialogue.
