There is covered the issue of individualization of student’s educational work as the condition of effectiveness of professional education at a higher school at the modern stage. From the positions of the resource approach there is suggested the idea of programme and didactic support of individualization of student’s educational work based on the modern information and communication technologies in the educational process of a higher school.
