There is researched the newspaper headline as a special system – the sphere of functioning of presence. Detection of system forming mechanism of presence supposes the dynamic model of interaction of form, function and meaning of presence in a newspaper headline. Based on four languages there is analyzed the informative, compressive, inclusive and pragmatic functions realized by presence and the meanings peculiar for it.

There is regarded the Presence from the angle of discourse approach to language and speech facts making possible to research grammar form tactic use in different ways of discourse organization taking into account speakers intentions and communicative purposes. There are analyzed particular speech tactics realized with Presence in Communicative based on the Russian and French languages.
