There is attempted to show the specific character of the act of making and accomplishing a decision in the discourse of the social sphere on the basis of the dichotomy of the signs “personality / institutionalism”. There is manifested the dominance of personality in the analyzed type of the discourse. There is illustrated the variety of the linguistic component of personality expressed by discursive formulas.
