There is considered the issue of drug addiction of teenagers and training of personal development as the means of its prevention. The results of empiric research prove the preventive potential of psychological training in a teenager group.

There are analyzed the peculiarities of students learning motivations. On the basis of the results of the psychological research, carried out with the use of different methods, as well as the results of the social survey, there is suggested the comparative analysis of motivations of students of a technical higher school and a higher school of the humanities.
