Organization of self-education process of medical higher school teachers as the condition of continuous vocational development of specialists’ personalities
The article deals with the technological and essential features of the process of teachers’ self-education at a medical higher school based on coach teaching methods that include the action method, the knowledge management method, coaching in mastering the course of further training in the Saint-Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University. The article represents the results of the process of teachers’ self-education based on the subjective, normative and individual and variable criteria.

Supporting training in the technology of qualification improvement of doctors - teachers of a higher medical school
There is described the experimental work carried out at the faculty of further training in Saint-Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University. The main idea of the experiment is the use of the technology of doctor’s qualification improvement - teachers of clinical departments on the basis of supporting or innovational (distant) training. There are described the results of supporting education of students specializing in medicine.

Methodology and methods of research of pedagogic thinking of doctors – teachers of medical higher schools of Russia
There are described the methodological theses that become the basis of methods of research of pedagogic thinking of doctors – teachers of medical higher schools. As the methodological theses there is considered the anthropological theory, philosophic ideas about active essence of a personality, unity of theory and practice in the conditions of pedagogic work; theory about pedagogic culture, issues of reflexive pedagogy and psychology.
